This 6-week group is focused on nurturing yourself, sharing experiences, and healing from abuse while connecting with others. IPV is not always physical violence, it can be stalking, sexual coercion, psychological abuse, aggressive or controlling behaviors. Psychoeducation and processing to strengthen understanding of patterns in relationships. We will focus on healthy coping, self-compassion, and creating safety and security for yourself and future relationships. The healing you deserve! Open to women in GA, FL, MA, SC.
